Description
City Centre Project (CCP) aims to work alongside young people offering information, resources, advice and support to enable young people to make informed decisions about their lives, and together work for a change on issues affecting young people.

Young people's participation is encouraged in all aspects of the Project, the ultimate aim being a service led by young people.

The work of the Project aims to increase the control young people have over their lives, at the same time as working against prejudice and discrimination.
Activities
Drop-in and advice and information sessions form a pivotal element of the work of the Project, giving young people access to a range of services "in house" for example free showers, and laundry facilities and to other aspects of the work of CCP. From these sessions young people can access advice and information on housing, benefits, health, safer drug use and young people's rights, as well as specialist support groups, including those for young people leaving care and young gay and bisexual men.
