CNT ( Community News Team) is the creation of Paul Gilchrist, owner of One Way Productions. One Way is a multimedia training and production firm which specialises in working with young people.

Currently, Paul is providing workshops to a number of clients on: Video production, Studio sound recording, Music performance, Drama

CNT is a means to bring together a number of young people from East Manchester who live in areas of severe deprivation, in order to explore, through multimedia techniques, their own life experiences. This might mean, for example, making a video on their perspectives of urban life as we approach the millennium.

CNT seeks to bring out the potential and creativity of young people around issues which affect them.
