The Conference will be held on September in Cuenca under the Universidad International Menendez Pelayo framework. The City Council of Cuenca and the Civic Network of Cuenca are our sponsors for this event.

This Conference intends to provide the right scenario for discussion and exchange of experiences on ICT among local actors and to stimulate co-operation among Civic Networks all over Europe.

We have invited Francisco Fernandez (DG XIII - UE Commission), ACTORES project officer, as a key speaker and he has accepted to participate. He will speak about the European Awareness Scenario Workshops Initiative (EASW).

Speeches and Roundtables will be focused on the following topics:
