I am user of Telematic Networks and Internet from 1987, my professional and citizen life has been dedicated to the investigation, popularization and promotion of the uses and Applications of Internet and the Technologies of Information and Communication in the Sustainable Development.I have had the opportunity to work as Consultant,Trainer and Volunteer in Projects of Internet and Sustainable Community Development in Venezuela, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Argentina and Brazil. I am Trainer of Internet in the following ones thematic: Tools of Navigation and Information Searching,Internet and International Cooperation, Internet for SME's and NGO's, Planning and Evaluation of Web Sites. I am available and ready to work as Consultant, Trainer or Volunteer in any place of the world especially: Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Equatorial Guinea, Bielorusia,Arab Republic Saharaui, Latin America and The Caribbean. I speak Spanish, English,French and Russian.
